Units to Let

Century Park was developed in 2000 and initially consisted of 10 business start up units. Each unit has a roller shutter door, side entrance door, fire exit and W/C. All units are metered individually for water and electric. Some units have office space and mezzanine flooring incorporated within them. The existing units have a mix of uses from wholesale to storage. Since the first phase was designed and constructed we have been granted planning permission for phase 2, which will be larger units. These units will be constructed at the end 2008/early 2009. The units will benefit from everything the existing units have, which is 24hr CCTV with online direct links, secure gated entrance and security fencing.

Century Park is currently applying for phase 3  which will remove an old building and replace it with a large workshop with additional MOT testing centre also 2 additional units, which will also be available for let end of 2009/2010. Units 5 and 6 Century Park Available To Let

Unit 5 and 6 Century Park has 2 roller shutter doors with office space and mezanine floor, toilet (80m2 + mezanine). Unit 5 and 6 have ample parking for several cars.The utility bills and business rates are not included in the monthly rental.

Unit 1a Century Park Available To Let

Unit 1a has large office space, a side storage/meeting room with double barn doors to outside, suspended ceiling, toilet, kitchen area (62m2). Unit 1a has ample parking for several cars and an area for external storage.The utility bills and business rates are not included in the monthly rental.

Phase 2 Century Park Available 2009

Phase 2 Century Park is a unit which is due for completion mid 2009 this phase has been designed to be split into seperate units, however we can at this stage make the units various sizes or a one large unit. The ground floor area is approx 360 M2 with opportunity for a mezanine floor. The units will have roller shutter door, side entrance, W/C, glazed area, ample parking and fire exits.
